Job Description Summary:

• As the Food Beverage Attendant, you play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the Food Beverage department by taking guest orders, preparing and serving menu items, and ensuring accuracy in point-of-sale transactions. You contribute to delivering excellent guest service, maintaining quality and sanitation standards, and creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• •Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• •Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently
• •Follow all cash handling and POS system procedures, including processing comps and managing cash drops
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment per Health Department and company guidelines
• •Receive and stock warehouse orders, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
• •Ensure adequate shift supplies including POS ribbons, comp paper, envelopes, and receipt paper
• •Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• •Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• •Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• •6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred
• •Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• •Prior experience with Infogenesis or similar POS systems preferred
• •Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• •Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• •Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
• •Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system

Requirements

• •At least 21 years of age
• •High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• •Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• •Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• •Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• •Frequently push/pull up to 50lbs.
• •Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

• •Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
• •Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
