Duties include:

• •Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans.
• •Keep work areas neat and clean.
• •Return all clean dishes to storage areas.
• •Assist with food preparation as needed.
• •Support the kitchen staff in maintaining clean and safe work environment.
• •Unload dishes and utensils from machines and organize them properly.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• •Must be able to stand continuously throughout the shift
• •Working knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• •16 and 17 years and older encouraged to apply.
• •Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• •Flexible schedules available.
• •If over 18 must agree to a background screening.
• •Experience with prep cooking encouraged to apply.
