Job Description:

• •Prepare and cook high-quality, visually appealing meals for patients, café service, and catering events, following established recipes and production sheets.
• •Create and update menus, recipes, and production records in collaboration with leadership to support dietary compliance and operational efficiency.
• •Maintain clean and sanitary workspaces, equipment, and storage areas by following HACCP guidelines and recording temperatures accurately.
• •Oversee food production activities, ensuring proper portioning, batch cooking, and adherence to culinary standards for both patient and retail services.
• •Communicate effectively with the FANS Coordinator and team members to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are consistently met.
• •Other duties as assigned.

2+ previous food service or healthcare experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered [Preferred]

ServeSafe Certification (SERV) [Preferred]

$20.18 - $32.29
