Description

Our Food Services Department located in Slingerlands, NY currently has a Per Diem Food Services Worker/Cook position available. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on catering needs of the Krumkill Café. The rate of pay is $20.00/hour + longevity. The Food Services Worker/Cook assists with preparation of all menu items, provides superior customer service, and assists the Food Service Manager with all aspects of operation for the Food Service Department.

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required .
  • Previous food service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability remain in a stationary position for extended periods and frequently move or transport items weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
