What You’ll Do

• •Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles
• •Complete repairs according to Ford and dealership standards
• •Verify guest concerns using current diagnostic equipment
• •Document findings and prepare accurate repair and warranty estimates
• •Communicate clearly with service advisors about vehicle status
• •Maintain high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• •Continue developing your skills through Ford training and certification

What We’re Looking For

Preferred:

• •Current Ford technician certifications
• •Ford Senior Master or Master Technician status
• •Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills

Also encouraged to apply:

• •Experienced technicians with comparable OEM training
• •Technicians willing to complete Ford-specific certifications with our support

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a strong commitment to quality, and a team-first approach.

Requirements

• •High school diploma or equivalent (technical school/ASE certification preferred)
• •2–3 years of experience in automotive service (Ford certification a plus)
• •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• •Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair procedures
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• •Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning
