Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to support our pipeline construction projects. This is a hands-on role that involves working in outdoor environments, directing, and assisting the team with various tasks. The ideal candidate is a motivated, safety-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate pipeline construction activities, including site preparation and installation.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with XCU and OSHA safety protocols.
Direct crews to fulfill work schedules to meet projected deadlines, assign tasks to be completed.
Maintain proper documentation, record job progress and account for employee hours out on the jobsite.
Effectively communicate and coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and crew members.
Troubleshoot issues on-site issues as they arise
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (80 - 100 lbs.) for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to read and understand alignment sheets for all work plans.
A clean drug test
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
If Applicable, a clean MVR and the passing of a driving test
