Job Summary

As an Electrical Foreman, you will responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires advanced knowledge of electrical systems, including strong journeyman-level expertise, and a thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Electrical Foreman ensures that all installations meet safety standards, project specifications, and quality expectations. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day field operations, collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades, and mentoring team members. Success in this role is demonstrated by effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage labor, materials, and schedules to meet project goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Maintain compliance with company, state and OSHA safety standards

Develop the construction schedule for the overall project and continually monitor and adjust as needed

Skills

Ability to coordinate or place material orders after a competition price comparison has been completed

Ability to coordinate manpower needs

Qualifications

Required:

10+ years of experience in the electrical trade
