• •Project planning and delivery: PoC, MVP development, roll-out design, scaling across countries, success reporting
• •Digital workplace: tool evaluation, hands-on implementation, testing, user training, focusing on Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions

• •Digital Innovation portfolio and roadmap owner: screening, evaluation, consolidation and tracking of ideas and their further development with idea owners
