The engineer evaluates whether a business need can be met through existing enterprise platforms, configuration, integration, workflow redesign, or vendor capability, and will escalate larger product, roadmap, architecture, or custom-development decisions to AI leadership.

- Strong full-stack or backend skills including Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, cloud services, and modern software implementation practices.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools, LLMs, system prompt design, retrieval-based workflows, knowledge bases, AI agents, connectors, and related implementation patterns.
- Experience documenting workflows, translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements, and evaluating practical implementation options.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating with subject-matter experts as needed.
- Familiarity with data privacy, cybersecurity, governance, responsible AI, and enterprise software approval processes preferred.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms preferred.
- Sports, media, digital products, content operations, live event, or enterprise transformation experience preferred.
