Forward Deployment Engineers are the core builders of the transformation program. These engineers work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design innovative solutions, rapidly prototype, and deploy production-grade automations and AI-powered workflows.

This role combines software engineering, automation engineering, AI implementation, and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Solution Engineering

Convert operational challenges into automation solutions.

Build automation workflows using multiple platforms.

Develop Agentic AI solutions.

Design integrations with enterprise applications.

Automation Development

Develop Python-based automation frameworks.

Build Ansible playbooks.

Create Power Automate workflows.

Develop reusable automation components.

Agentic AI Development

Build AI agents and workflows.

Develop tool integrations.

Create workflow orchestration solutions.

Validate AI performance and outcomes.

Deployment & Operations

Support CI/CD pipelines.

Deploy automation solutions.

Conduct testing and UAT support.

Monitor production deployments.

Business Engagement

Work directly with operations teams.

Conduct process discovery.

Validate requirements.

Measure business outcomes.
