Über die Rolle

Wir sind intern auf dem Weg zur AI-native Org. Unser Firmenwissen liegt in einem Git-Repo, aus dem AI schöpft und arbeitet und das sich über Feedback Loops selbst aktualisiert. Inbound-Anfragen, Pod-Reports, Support-Triage und Call-Recaps laufen über Agenten und Automationen, die wir selbst gebaut haben. Mehr als 20 davon sind in Produktion.

In dieser Rolle bist du für das Backbone von TradeLink zuständig: die Systeme und Abläufe in Operations, People, Finance und GTM , auf die sich alle Teams jeden Tag verlassen. Du treibst AI-Projekte in der ganzen Firma voran und machst unsere Abläufe schlanker, schneller und effizienter. Dabei bekommst du Einblick in alle Bereiche des Unternehmens, vom Vertrieb über Produkt und Kunden bis zu People und Finance.

Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem CEO und Gründer Tobias und mit Daniel, unserem Chief of Staff und AI Enablement Manager , zusammen und machst die Firma jede Woche ein Stück besser. Für dich ist die Rolle ein Sprungbrett: Von hier aus kannst du dich in jeden Unternehmensbereich weiterentwickeln, der zu dir passt.
