Why this role exists

Loop was founded in 2019 to build India's first payor-provider: one company that insures people and keeps them healthy, instead of just paying claims when they're sick. Today we're a 500+ person team covering employees at some of India's fastest-growing companies, and we're entering our most ambitious phase yet. That means new geographies, new insurance and healthcare products, and a GTM engine we're rebuilding from the ground up.

We're hiring someone to help build that engine. You'll report directly to Amrit (co-founder & COO) and work closely with Ryan (co-founder & CRO). This isn't a strategy role that hands off decks. You'll own real problems end to end, ship the fix, and see it show up in the numbers.

What you'll work on

• •Rebuild how we sell. You'll redesign our sales motion from first touch to closed deal: who we target, how we find the right moment to reach them, and how our AEs and SDRs spend their time. Data enrichment, lead scoring and conversion diagnostics are all part of it.
• •Build the AI-native GTM stack. We're putting agents, automated enrichment and call-intelligence pipelines into the hands of our sales team. You'll decide what gets built, work with engineering to ship it, and measure whether it works.
• •Own the growth scorecard. You'll run the metrics, dashboards and operating cadence the leadership team uses to steer the business, so every number has an owner and every miss has a diagnosis.
• •Crack pricing, positioning and brand. You'll figure out how we price and package new products, how we tell the Loop story, and how we win against incumbents.
• •Launch what's next. You'll help take new products and markets from idea to first revenue, coordinating across sales, marketing, product, data, and our clinical and insurance teams.
• •Shape leadership conversations. You'll prepare materials for board meetings, presentations, and senior leadership meetings.

You might be a fit if you

• •Have 4-6 years in growth, operations, strategy or analytics, ideally at a venture-backed startup or a top-tier consulting firm
• •Have a track record of moving a number , not just analyzing it
• •Have an engineering background and sharply analytical: you're fluent in spreadsheets and comfortable with SQL, dashboards and AI tools, and you build your own leverage
• •Write and speak clearly enough to convince a sales floor, exec team, or a board room
• •Have grit and bias to action. You're happy in ambiguity and would rather ship a v1 in a week than perfect a plan for a month.
