Drafting monthly investor updates and maintain investor CRM

Coordinating board materials and follow-up action items

Leading international expansion prep (UK, Portugal, Spain)

Building systems and dashboards for CEO visibility

Running weekly leadership syncs with department heads

About you

You'll fit in well if

You have 3–5 years in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking

You've worked directly with founders or C-level executives in fast-paced environment

You're a master of execution: builds financial models, writes crisp decks, ships projects end-to-end

You're a SaaS tool power user: Notion, Airtable, Figma, Raycast, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)

You're a spreadsheet wizard: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)

You're an exceptional writer: Can draft investor memos, board materials, strategic docs

You're fluent in English + French (critical for FR/UK/PT markets)

We might not be a fit if

You need clearly defined role with stable responsibilities

You prefer "strategic advisory" work over hands-on execution

You've only worked in large, well-established companies (Series C+)

You need perfect information before making decisions

You're looking for work-life balance over mission intensity

You're uncomfortable with frequent context-switching and urgent pivots

What excites you

Ambiguity → Clarity: Thrives turning messy, undefined problems into structured plans

Resourcefulness: Finds creative solutions with limited resources and tight timelines

Extreme ownership: Takes full responsibility for outcomes, no excuses

Builder mindset: Ships 80% perfect today vs. 100% perfect next month

Intellectual curiosity: Dives deep into new domains (health regulation, lab logistics, fintech)

Mission-driven: Cares about preventive health, longevity, helping people live better

What great looks like

Track record of shipping complex cross-functional projects

Expert in productivity tools and financial modeling

Exceptional written communication for investor/board materials

Direct experience working with founders in 0→1 environments

Bilingual EN/FR with European market context

How we work

We work together from our Paris hub. We’re passionate about what we’re building and believe the fastest way to create something exceptional is side by side. We’re open to relocation support for the right individuals, and we welcome missionaries who travel to work with us in Paris on a regular basis.

Rigor without ego: Audits, science, and code all deserve the same high bar.

Radical ownership: Feedback loops are short; everyone contributes to building the best version of Lucis.

Velocity over perfection: We ship daily and prefer a good decision today over a perfect one next week.

At Lucis, AI isn't just our product, it's our engine. 100% of our teams are equipped with the best AI agents. You have carte blanche to explore and automate everything that can be, so you can focus exclusively on high-value work.
