Hiring a full-stack/founding engineers to join our team and focused on product engineering and shipping new features

Things you'll be working on

Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you’ll be doing. Real examples include —

Platform

Building sandbox infrastructure for our agents (managing secrets, proxies, and compute)

Building an eval framework for our models

Launching an analytics platform on ClickHouse/MSK that consumes millions of events per day

Building an agentic workflow orchestration architecture

Building a public API for Replo/Slack bots

Overhauling our billing system to support arbitrary usage-based billing

Programs

Enabling customers to buy domains directly through Replo

Building agent-driven insight reporting for businesses

Building a full product-customizer UI for custom print-on-demand products

Looking for someone who

Can be in office 4-5 days/week in San Francisco

Is proficient in Typescript/React/Node

Uses Cursor/Claude Code to accelerate their work

Has built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue

Is OK operating independently without product/design

Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at Replo

Has a product and customer-focused mindset

Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that’s good

Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we’re the ones that have to read it and understand it)

Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points

Bonus points if you

Have a CS degree or formal computer science/STEM backend

Have started a company before

Enjoy attending hackathons

Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously

Have not wasted hours interview-prepping on Leetcode

Have an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc).
