What you bring to the table

You want ownership, leverage, and responsibility from day one.

Technically strong with solid fundamentals in programming and systems design

Able to learn fast and go deep on unfamiliar problems

Obsessive about details, quality, and correctness

Relevant experience to building AI search (one or more of the following)

General machine learning background

Large-scale search and ranking systems

ML recommender systems

Retrieval infrastructure

Building LLM Agents
