Description

At Crisp & Green, we believe a healthy lifestyle goes beyond the kitchen. Our chef-crafted salads, grain bowls, and smoothies, paired with free community fitness and wellness events, are growing across the country through franchise partners who want to help their communities Live Crisp. We're looking for an organized, energetic Franchise Recruiting Manager to keep our franchise pipeline full and moving.

What you'll do

Review, screen, and follow up on every franchise lead, passing qualified candidates to our Franchise Sales Director.

Keep the CRM current and report on lead sources, volume, and conversion.

Partner with our outside PR agency on press, campaigns, and franchise awareness.

Plan and run trade shows, Discovery Days, and industry events.

Build recruitment materials and presentations that reflect our brand.

Manage recruitment projects from kickoff to close, on time and on budget.

Compensation and benefits

$75,000 annual base salary, plus full benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance and 401(k))

Requirements

What you bring

2–4 years of experience in franchise recruitment, franchise development, marketing, or sales.

Strong project management and organization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office.

Ability to travel up to 15%.

Agency experience and a passion for health and wellness are a plus.
