Wir, die Firma Baß Antriebstechnik GmbH, sind einer der führenden deutschen Hersteller von Sondergetrieben, Sonderfreiläufen und anderen hochwertigen Produkten der Antriebstechnik für den allgemeinen Maschinenbau. Wir entwickeln und produzieren mit einem umfangreichen Maschinenpark an drei Standorten, mit über 130 Mitarbeitern.

  • Zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Bereich der mechanischen Fertigung als
  • FRÄSER (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • selbstständiges Einrichten und Bedienen der CNC-Fräsmaschinen
  • Produktionsüberwachung
  • Verantwortlich zur Einhaltung der Zeichnungsangaben
  • Anweisen des Bedienpersonals
  • Durchführen von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten nach Plan
  • Überprüfung und Dokumentation der Qualität und Leistung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d) von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Einrichtung und Bedienung von Metallbearbeitungsmaschinen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Mehrschicht (überwiegend 2-Schicht)
  • Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen
  • Teamfähig und flexibel
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
