Title: Associate Director, Brand Strategy

The Associate Director Brand Strategy will develop brand strategies, creative brand briefs and guide CX focused strategies for

digital and social campaigns, including website redesigns, ongoing marketing, and

end-to-end customer experience (CX) and CRM engagements.

Where you shine

Develops content strategies and guides brand growth for CX and CRM campaigns

Executes quantitative, qualitative and competitive strategy and brand audits

Develops strategic briefs, calendars and launch plans

What your success will look like

Guiding Strategic Growth, related Brand Projects and Leading Clients

Owns strategy project work and nurtures client relationships to ensure client satisfaction/retention

Leads the creative team to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality deliverables

Leads internal and client-facing content strategy workshops

Managing & Mentoring People

Supervises up to 2 junior team members in our department

Guides their professional development, and helps them set annual career goals

Schedules and hosts weekly 1-on-1s (30-min per direct report)

Pitching & Growing New Business

Contributes to new business in RFI/RFP responses and pitches

Creates new brand briefs which provide creative brand direction

Who you are and what you bring

5-8 years working as a brand strategist, agency experience strongly preferred

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, a passion for digital storytelling

Always looking for ways to change, improve, or invent new approaches to old problems

Strong understanding of current digital design practices and technologies

Able to drive a project forward with minimal direction

The compensation for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
