💡 Your Mission: Own the First Contact and Grow the Sales Pipeline!

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the US market to own the first step of the sales process - identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for our Account Executives. As the first human touchpoint for prospects, you will play an important role in building a predictable sales pipeline through meaningful outreaches . If you love initiating conversations and creating opportunities, this role is for you!

This is a remote freelance role for someone based in the EU/EEA who is happy to work US hours.

🚀 Your Daily Business: No two days are alike

Own outbound for the US healthcare market, from researching accounts to booking a qualified meeting

Start conversations with decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, with messages that are personal and not copy-paste

Make your cold calls during US hours, so you reach prospects when they are at work

Keep your leads, conversations, and outcomes up to date in our CRM and use our research tools to find the right accounts and contacts

🤝 Your Skillset: What you bring to the table

Experience in B2B sales or cold calling. SaaS experience is great

Hands-on experience with outreach (using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and familiar with data tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Seamless.AI)

Comfort working with AI tools (we use Claude every day)

Bilingual-level English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand

Based in the EU/EEA and available during US hours [e.g. 2pm-10pm CET, adjust to your needs] and for the weekly US sales meeting
