Für unsere Niederlassung der Abteilung Kanalreinigung in Luxemburg suchen wir eine Sekretärin.

### Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Kaufmann/frau - Büromanagement oder anderem kaufmännischen Beruf (m/w/d)
  • mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office)
  • keine Scheu, neue Programme zu erlernen
  • Deutsch und Französisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Auftragsannahme
  • Einteilung des Kundendienstes im Raum Luxemburg
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungen (nach Vorgabe)
  • Materialbestellung
