  • Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste
  • Check in und Check out
  • Telefonannahme und -weiterleitung
  • Bearbeitung der Post und Email-Anfragen
  • administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • flexible Persönlichkeit mit sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
