Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für die Rezeption.Der Einsatz erfolgt in Spätschicht als Minijob (Std./Woche bzw. im Monat nach Vereinbarung).

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • -Hotelgäste empfangen und betreuen
  • -Check in und Check out
  • -Hotelrechnungen der Gäste erstellen
  • -Online- und telefonische Reservierungen verwalten-Schriftverkehr erledigen
  • -Mit Haushältern zusammenarbeiten, um dafür zu sorgen, dass die Zimmer sauber, aufgeräumt und vollständig eingerichtet sind-Inventur
  • Was Sie mitbringen:
  • -Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau B2)
  • -Erfahrung mit Hotelreservierungssoftware, wie Protel-selbständiges Arbeiten
  • -Kundenorientierung
