Als Salonleitung (m/w/d) im DAS KRONTHALER sorgen Sie dafür, dass

  • unsere Gäste persönlich, professionell und typgerecht beraten sowie auf höchstem Niveau betreut werden.
  • alle Friseurleistungen in den Bereichen Schnitt, Farbe, Styling und Haarpflege fachgerecht ausgeführt werden.
  • die täglichen Abläufe im Salon und die Terminplanung reibungslos organisiert sind.
  • Ihr Team motiviert geführt, unterstützt und fachlich weiterentwickelt wird.
  • unsere Lehrlinge strukturiert ausgebildet, persönlich begleitet und gezielt gefördert werden.
  • unsere hohen Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards konsequent eingehalten werden.
  • Warenbestand, Produktbestellungen und der Verkauf hochwertiger Pflegeprodukte professionell organisiert sind.
  • eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen des Hotels gewährleistet ist.

Sie bringen Folgendes mit

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Friseur_in, idealerweise mit Meisterprüfung
  • ein Ausbilderzeugnis und Freude an der Ausbildung junger Menschen
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einer leitenden Position
  • fundierte Fachkenntnisse in Schnitt, Farbe, Styling und Haarpflege
  • Deutschkenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • ein gepflegtes, souveränes Auftreten sowie Freude am Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Gästen
