In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für

  • Ausbildung und Begleitung von angehenden Friseur:innen (Stylist:innen) bis zur Lehrabschlussprüfung
  • Schulung und aktive bedarfsorientierte Unterstützung einer Gruppe von Jugendlichen
  • Vermittlung von theoretischen Lerninhalten und praktische Anleitung
  • laufende Beurteilung des individuellen Lernfortschritts, Vorbereitung auf das Berufsleben
  • Administration in der Kursdatenbank

Wir erwarten von Ihnen

  • abgeschlossene Lehre oder Meisterprüfung als Friseur:in & Perückenmacher:in
  • mit Dienstzeugnissen nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Jugendlichenbildung von mind. 1,5 Jahren
  • Ausbilder:innenberechtigung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Beruf und mit gängigen Techniken und Standards
  • hohe soziale, kommunikative und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • aktuelle Gender- und Diversityzertifikate von Vorteil
  • gute Deutsch- und EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Mindestalter von 25 Jahren
