DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Stellvertretung der Salonleitung und Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Sicherstellung für einen reibungslosen Salonablaufs und eines hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Koordination des Teams und Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Aktionen, Projekten und internen Maßnahmen
  • Mitgestaltung der Salonorganisation sowie Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer
  • Abläufe
  • Planung, Begleitung und aktive Mitwirkung an der Lehrlingsausbildung
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen und Impulse für die
  • Weiterentwicklung von Schnittgefühl
  • Ansprechperson für das Team bei organisatorischen und fachlichen Fragen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Friseurberuf
  • Erfahrung im Management bzw. in einer
  • Führungsposition
  • Organisationstalent und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an Teamführung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Servicebewusstsein
  • Professionelles, stilvolles Auftreten und Leidenschaft für unseren Beruf

DAS ERWARTET DICH

  • € 2.800 brutto mit Bereitschaft für Überbezahlung - 3 Monate Probezeit
  • Bis zu € 300 brutto monatliche Leistungsprämie bei 38-Stunden-Woche
  • Jeden zweiten Samstag frei
