THE JOB :

Join the team as a Front Desk Representative, where you’ll create a warm and memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort environment. In this role, you’ll deliver personalized service while assisting guests with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.

Working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you’ll anticipate needs, build meaningful connections, and create WOW moments guests will remember long after their experience with us!

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• •Welcome guests to the property by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving guest concerns in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics
• •Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and early or late arrivals and departures in a seamless and professional manner
• •Enhance the guest experience by offering room upgrades when available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits
• •Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests
• •Process payments, post charges and credits accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance all cash and cash equivalent transactions according to property procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• •Must be 18 years of age or older
• •High School Diploma or GED
• •One (1) year of prior relevant Guest Facing Customer Service experience preferred
• •Six (6) months of prior relevant cash handling experience preferred
• •Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• •Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
