OPEN INTERVIEWS – FRONT-OF-HOUSE SERVICE STAFF

The Country Club of Buffalo is hiring year-round Front-of-House Service Staff to join our dining team!

We are seeking individuals with AM and PM availability who enjoy working with people and providing professional, attentive service in a member-focused environment.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

• A La Carte Dining Server
• Provide traditional table service to our members for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a polished dining environment.

Responsibilities include:

• •Providing attentive and professional table service
• •Following proper steps of service
• •Communicating professionally with members and team members
• •Learning monthly menu changes
• •Maintaining a clean and organized service area
• •Completing side work, including polishing silverware and glassware

• Banquet Server
• Support private events, weddings, golf outings, and other club functions, particularly during our busy summer season.

Responsibilities include:

• •Providing efficient service during high-volume events
• •Assisting with event setup and breakdown
• •Executing plated and buffet service
• •Carrying trays and assisting with food and beverage service
• •Moving and setting tables, chairs, and event furniture
• •Working as part of a team to ensure smooth event execution
