  • Das "Kurhaus am Inselsee" ist in Güstrow und Umgebung das erste Haus am Platze. Das 4 Sterne Superior Hotel verfügt über 52 Zimmer und Suiten, das Restaurant „Schröders“ mit regionaler Küche, eine Foyer-Bar, fünf Veranstaltungsräume, einen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Schwimmbecken und Dachterrasse.
  • Das Schwesterhaus „Strandhaus am Inselsee“ (300 m entfernt) ist ein 3 Sterne Superior Hotel mit 25 Zimmern und eigener mediterran geprägter Küche.

Wir suchen Sie als Organisationstalent und Führungskraft für den Empfang.

Front Office Manager / Empfangsleiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung, Schulung und Einsatzplanung des Empfangsteams
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im gesamten Empfangsbereichs
  • Persönliche Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Servicequalität
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen (Housekeeping, Service, Technik)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung am Empfang, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und Gastgebermentalität
