  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Führung und Steuerung des Fuhrparkteams
  • Einsatz- und Urlaubsplanung, Erstellung der Dienstpläne, führen der Mitarbeitergespräche
  • Tourenplanung unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Bestimmungen inkl. Stammdatenpflege
  • Kostenmonitoring inkl. KPI Erstellung
  • Steuerung der Leergebinde
  • Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen im eigenen Tätigkeitsbereich
  • Gewährleistung einer zuverlässigen und termingerechten Zustellung inkl. Qualitätskontrolle
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Warenübernahme und Kommissionierung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung idealerweise im Bereich Transport- / Verkehrswirtschaft
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • C/C95 Führerschein wünschenswert oder die Bereitschaft diesen zu machen
  • Gute geographische Kenntnisse des Liefergebietes
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP)
  • Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Teamplayer
