Ihre Aufgaben

  • fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Bereiche Immobilienverkauf und Immobilienverwaltung
  • Steuerung und Optimierung interner Prozesse
  • Betreuung und Ausbau von Kunden- und Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Vermarktung von Immobilien
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und serviceorientierten Immobilienverwaltung
  • Entwicklung neuer Strategien zur Markt und Unternehmensentwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
  • Erfahrung im Immobilienverkauf und/oder in der Immobilienverwaltung
  • Führungserfahrung und/oder Führungskompetenzen sowie ein motivierender und wertschätzender Führungsstil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten und hohe Kundenorientierung
