Amazon MENA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager II to own end-to-end FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inbound operations for KSA. This is a single-threaded owner role responsible for managing the entire inbound lifecycle — from seller appointment scheduling and drop-off to receiving and stow — across multiple Fulfillment Centers and a large, diverse seller ecosystem.
The FBA Inbound Program Manager drives strategy and operational excellence to deliver best-in-class seller experience, operating within minimal forecasting deviations even during high-intensity peak events. The role demands strong cross-functional influence without authority, partnering with senior stakeholders across supply chain, fulfillment operations, technology, and business teams to deliver on program-level goals.
The PM manages a diverse seller base with varied inbounding personas and requirements, calibrating precise inbound and labor forecasting at multiple grains. The complexity intensifies with varied fulfillment processes, new site launches, and peak events where capacity constraints must be managed while business targets are delivered through innovative and strategic solutions.
- Key job responsibilities
- Own the full FBA inbound lifecycle for KSA, serving as the single-threaded owner for inbound speed and operational excellence programs
Develop and maintain forecasting models and capacity plans, driving forecast accuracy through continuous model refinement and cross-functional alignment
Lead end-to-end peak event planning and execution, including capacity modeling, contingency strategies, and leadership reporting to ensure operational stability under constraints
Drive cross-functional program management by influencing senior stakeholders across supply chain, fulfillment operations, technology, and business teams without direct authority
Own process improvement and change management initiatives including new site launch readiness, defect reduction programs, and throughput efficiency improvements
Set mechanisms, devise metrics, and build scalable processes that shift the operation from reactive problem-solving to predictive, preventive management
- About the team
- The FBA Supply Chain team sits within MENATR 3P Marketplace and is responsible for ensuring that Fulfillment by Amazon delivers a world-class seller experience across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey regions. We operate at the intersection of supply chain strategy, operational execution, and seller experience — owning the programs that move inventory from seller to shelf faster, more accurately, and more reliably than the competition.
Our team works in a fast-growing, high-ambiguity environment where FBA is a critical differentiator for the marketplace. We partner deeply with fulfillment operations, supply chain planning, technology, and business teams to solve complex, multi-variable problems that directly impact seller satisfaction and topline growth. If you thrive on building from scratch, influencing without authority, and seeing the tangible impact of your work in real-time — this is the team for you.
