Position: Full-Cycle Recruiter
Location: Remote – US Hours
Duration: Full-time
Shift: US Eastern Time Zone (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and confident Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team! This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing space —particularly within fabrication, plant operations, or skilled trades/shop environments. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about connecting people with the right career opportunities, this is a great chance to grow your career while supporting North American clients.
This role will ideally start as a Sourcing Specialist role and will be evaluated based on activities.
