PENSION FULL NOTE is a Niseko institution and one of the original accommodation venues incorporating within the building Half Note Bar & Restaurant.

A Japanese-style bed and breakfast, Full Note has all the comforts of a Western ski lodge, ideal for families, couples and those travelling alone.

Whiteroom is looking for competent staff with outstanding personalities, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, team work, customer service, industry knowledge, understanding of kitchen operations, general maintenance skills and ensuring fun and a quality experience for all.

Details

Early November 2026 to Mid-Late March 2027

Position Requirements:

Customer service focus and a track record of delivering on customer expectations

Solid experience working as a cook / chef and experience leading a small team

A background in kitchen supervision, organisation and menu delivery plus strong communication skills

Fast and efficient when it counts

Possess a good work ethic, dependable and punctual

Great attitude, positive mindset, and able to adapt to any situation

Team leader that will be happy to work within a close team

The ability to get a Japanese working holiday visa or experience/qualifications to gain a skilled migrant visa
