About the Role

Build and improve a full-stack AI SaaS product that helps customers navigate complex product ranges through chat and voice agents. The product supports online and in-store experiences, so your work will contribute to practical AI-powered product discovery and commerce.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain full-stack features for AI chat and voice agent experiences.

Build backend services using NestJS, TypeScript, and MongoDB.

Integrate current LLM APIs into product workflows.

Contribute to product capabilities for online and in-store customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

Several years of professional experience working with NestJS.

Very strong TypeScript skills and solid experience with MongoDB.

Hands-on experience integrating current LLM APIs.

Experience building full-stack software, with an interest in AI SaaS products and customer-facing chat or voice experiences.

Location

This role can be remote across Europe, with a hybrid option from Cologne or Hamburg, Germany. The primary location is Cologne, Germany.
