What you’ll do

Lead design and delivery of full-stack product features, from discovery through production.

Build accessible, responsive interfaces using React and TypeScript.

Develop APIs and backend services, with a focus on correctness, maintainability, and clear contracts.

Model complex business workflows and data in ways that are understandable and auditable.

Partner with product and design to clarify requirements, identify edge cases, and make practical trade-offs.

Improve application performance, reliability, observability, and security.

Review code, mentor engineers, and help establish engineering practices that support a growing team.

Investigate production issues and follow through on durable fixes.
