Job Summary

As a Full Stack Developer you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and QA teams to develop cloud-native applications and custom software solutions from concept through production. You'll have the opportunity to work across the full technology stack while helping shape architecture, development standards, and engineering practices.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and enhance scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js . This position is full-time and remote
  • What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications from concept through production
  • Build and enhance scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and integrations
  • Design and optimize data solutions using both relational and NoSQL databases
  • Build solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
  • Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and code reviews
  • Collaborate with QA teams to implement automated testing and quality assurance practices
  • Utilize modern development tools, AI-assisted workflows, and engineering best practices to improve productivity and code quality
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps initiatives, and cloud-based deployments
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience developing applications with Node.js, React, and Next.js
  • Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale web applications
  • Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and microservices
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience with source control systems and agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and test-driven development practices
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve engineering workflows
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

Preferred

  • Experience designing microservices and distributed systems
  • Experience building custom software products from the ground up
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and performance optimization tools
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
