Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• •Build features across frontend, backend, database, and cloud environments.
• •Participate in requirement gathering and client discussions.
• •Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• •Perform code reviews and follow development best practices.
• •Write unit/integration tests and ensure application quality.
• •Deploy applications and support CI/CD pipelines.
• •Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• •Work with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• •Strong hands-on experience in at least one Frontend technology: React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
• •Proficiency in at least one Backend technology: Java, Node.js, or Python (Django).
• •Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .
• •Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs .
• •Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• •Hands-on experience with Git and version control practices.
• •Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• •Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• •Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• •Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• •Good understanding of software design principles, debugging, and performance optimization .
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• •Ability to interact directly with clients and understand business requirements.
• •Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code for development and testing is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• •2–5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• •Strong knowledge of one Frontend framework and one Backend technology.
• •Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• •Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• •Good understanding of software development best practices.
• •Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
• •Experience owning features from development to deployment.
