Full-Stack Engineer

What You'll Do

• •Participate in end-to-end feature development, growing social and gameplay systems.
• •Own features from concept through release and monitoring.
• •Implement frontend functionality in JavaScript across iOS, Android, and Web.
• •Compose and build backend services and APIs in PHP to power new gameplay, social, and LiveOps features.
• •Develop scalable RESTful APIs consumed by client applications.
• •Contribute to data modeling and persistence for player progression, rewards, and events.
• •Improve backend efficiency to handle high concurrency and sizable player populations.
• •Ensure features are reliable, testable, and production-ready.
• •Assess and optimize frontend and backend performance to provide a fluid player experience.
• •Partner with Product to scope technical solutions and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
• •Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on player behavior and metrics.
• •Translate creative concepts into engaging, scalable systems.
• •Help foster an inclusive engineering atmosphere dedicated to education and constant progress.
• •Proactively find opportunities to improve architecture, tooling, and delivery practices.

What We're Looking For

• •B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• •4+ years of professional software development experience.
• •Experience with JavaScript in production environments.
• •Experience building backend services in a live environment.
• •Experience crafting and consuming RESTful APIs.
• •Understanding of client-server architecture.
• •Experience contributing to features through the full development lifecycle.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a player-first approach.

Nice-to-Have

• •Experience developing backend services in PHP (strongly preferred).
• •Experience working within an existing PHP codebase.
• •Experience building gameplay systems such as events, rewards, progression, or social mechanics.
• •Experience in mobile gaming, social casino, or Games-as-a-Service environments.
• •Familiarity with experimentation, feature flags, or live feature delivery.
• •Mobile development experience (iOS and/or Android).
