Full-stack Engineer (Python + GCP)

The role will be with focus on building scalable, high-performing LLM capabilities that integrate seamlessly into business workflows. We build tools and frameworks that make it easy for teams to tap into the power of LLMs on their own. The goal is to stay ahead of emerging trends and ensure our solutions remain innovative while directly aligned with the evolving needs of the business.

You will be:

• Enthusiastic mid-senior level engineer with experience working across a modern web stack
• Professional experience in a server-side language - Python
• Professional experience building Platform capabilities and APIs to a high quality level
• You're comfortable working as part of a team, getting involved from conception to delivery
• Have worked on projects using infrastructure as code
• Enthusiastic about learn new concepts, continuously improving, and are opinionated about how you work

Solid experience with GCP Experience

Solid experience with MLOps

Your profile:

Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.

Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
