PAY RANGE: $31-$35/HR

Join a team that values compassion, teamwork, and quality care. Centerville Post Acute is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team for a full-time 7AM–7PM shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor and document resident conditions
  • Work closely with nurses, physicians, and care staff
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

  • Current Ohio LPN License
  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for caring for others
