Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Charlevoix, MI .

This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for a supportive clinical environment, professional growth, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients' functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Provide skilled PT interventions
  • Improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence

Qualifications

  • Current Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • SNF experience preferred but not required
