DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS:

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Führung eines kleinen Schichtteams (bis zu 4 Personen)
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Abfüllung
  • Bedienung und Überwachung moderner Abfüllanlagen
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards
  • Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten sowie Unterstützung bei Wartung und Störungsbehebung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung und angrenzenden Bereichen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

  • Ausbildung als Brauer und Mälzer oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittel- oder Getränkeproduktion
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Technisches Verständnis und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse in EDV (von Vorteil)
  • Staplerschein (von Vorteil)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht-System)
