Your Profile:

• •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Information Systems or a related field.
• •Preferably 3-5 years or more of professional experience in functional analysis in Banking (Payments, Cards, Capital Markets).
• •Proven experience leading analysis activities in medium- to high-complexity projects.
• •Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• •Experience preparing functional analysis documents, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• •Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and implementable solutions.
• •Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external entities.
• •Experience managing requirements, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• •Strong knowledge of the software development and testing lifecycle.
• •Strong Proficiency in English, as well as at least mastery of either Dutch or French.
• •Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to Have:

• •Experience in digital transformation projects within the Banking sector.
• •Knowledge of regulatory
• •Experience in business process reengineering.
• •Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling techniques.
• •Experience with system integrations and interoperability.
• •Knowledge of GDPR, digital accessibility, and information security.
• •Strong technical expertise as a Java developer, experience with Swagger and related tools.
