WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls that support growth, improve accuracy, and reduce operational risk

Prepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for investment funds, with a focus on accuracy and clear disclosure

Partner with Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely, integrated fund reporting

Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables from planning through completion

Drive automation and process improvements that streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, and expand reporting capabilities as the business grows

Support new fund launches and restructurings by executing accounting deliverables, fee calculations, and related documentation

Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to reporting timelines

Own ad hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management, balancing independent execution with close collaboration across the Finance team

WHAT’S REQUIRED

Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting

2+ years of work experience at a public accounting firm or a combination of public and private accounting roles

Experience in audit or accounting within the financial services sector

Strong data analysis skills with experience working with large datasets and reconciling complex accounting information

Excellent organizational skills with a track record of delivering accurate work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical accounting information to non-accounting stakeholders
