Wir suchen ab 01.01.2026 und unbefristet eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für 30 Stunden wöchentlich.

Seit 1991 ist unser Pflegedienst ein fester Bestandteil in Wismar.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten
  • Sicherstellung einer sicheren Medikamentenversorgung

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft (Kranken-, oder Altenpflege)
  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten
  • Führerschein
  • Erfahrung in der digitalen Pflegedokumentation
