Das Max-Rill-Gymnasium in Reichersbeuern (Bayern, ca. 50 km südlich von München) ist ein sozialwissenschaftliches und international ausgerichtetes Ganztagesgymnasium mit den Profilen Musik und Theater sowie einem lebendigen Internat.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine/n

### Mentorin oder Mentor (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Betreuung einer Gruppe von Jugendlichen im Alter von 10 bis 18 Jahren
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung der Jugendlichen im Alltag
  • Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen Freizeitprogramms
  • Konfliktmanagement und akute Krisenintervention
  • Konzeptionsarbeit für das Internat
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen sowie gemeinsame Planung individueller Hilfen für Jugendliche
  • Erstellung von Entwicklungsberichten
  • Freiraum für eigenverantwortliches und selbständiges Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pädagogik, Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialen Arbeit
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Jugendlichen in Beratung oder Betreuung
  • Vertrauensvolles Auftreten, Motivation, Flexibilität und Empathie
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
  • Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
