Northleaf Capital Partners is always looking for exceptional talent to join our growing Technology, Data & Digital Transformation team, across areas such as Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Applications, and Technology Solutions. While we may not be actively hiring for these roles right now, we regularly seek driven professionals who want to make an impact in private markets.

We invest across three asset classes: private equity, private credit, and infrastructure. While each asset class offers unique opportunities, you can expect similar exposure to rigorous investment processes, analytical challenges, and meaningful contributions to our global platform.

What You Could Work On:

Develop and enhance data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and solutions that support decision making across the oragnization

Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data and reporting

Support data governance, data quality, and integration initiatives to ensure reliable and accessible information across platforms

Contribute to technology modernization efforts, including process improvements, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and cloud-based technologies

What We're Looking For:

Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, technology, digital transformation, or a related field

Strong technical skills with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python, Azure, or other modern analytics and data platforms

Experience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, reporting solutions, and/or enterprise applications

Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement

Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning and delivering results

Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
