Position: FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin)

Location: UAE, Dubai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients
• •Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• •Maximise client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales
• •Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey
• •Stay up to date with financial markets, trading products, and industry developments
• •Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• •Native or fluent Mandarin, both written and spoken
• •Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry is mandatory
• •Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
• •Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• •Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications
• •Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• •Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• •Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms
• •Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products
