FX Sales Retention Agent (m,f) Mandarin

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Promote the company's FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients
• •Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
• •Convert high-quality leads into active and loyal trading clients
• •Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios
• •Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the client lifecycle
• •Stay up to date with financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates
• •Work towards and consistently achieve defined sales and retention targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• •Native or fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written
• •Previous experience in FX & CFD industry is mandatory
• •Prior experience in a Retention role within Forex/CFD brokerage
• •Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• •Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• •Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
• •Computer literate with good CRM and office tool awareness
• •Strong communication and relationship management skills
• •Experience working with international brokerage teams
• •Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets
• •Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention environment.
