  • Eine geregelte Vollzeitstelle mit 38,5 Stunden im Schichtbetrieb
  • Schichtzulagen laut Kollektivvertrag zusätzlich zum Stundenlohn
  • Eine langfristige Perspektive: Aus vielen unserer Einsätze wird eine Übernahme in den Kundenbetrieb - wir stellen uns dem nicht in den Weg
  • Pünktliche Lohnzahlung und Arbeitskleidung, die wir beistellen
  • Eine feste Ansprechperson bei uns, die dich auch am Einsatzort besucht
  • Eine ordentliche Einschulung im Betrieb, bevor du allein loslegst

Kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt (Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnische Industrie, Beschäftigungsgruppe B, einschließlich Referenzzuschlag nach § 10 AÜG). Ab 1. November 2026 gilt die neue Lohntafel: € 17,75 brutto pro Stunde. Dazu kommen die Schichtzulagen laut Kollektivvertrag. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
